The cost is made of expenses for development and monthly maintenance of a program.  Roughly, a program based on Internet resource can be developed for UAH 50,000 VAT excluded, while its administering would cost about UAH 10,000 VAT excluded per month.  Classically easy programs (sell-get, implement-get) in addition to merchandising programs can cost considerably less.
